OTHER INGREDIENTS: Purified water, vegetable glycerin, sunflower lecithin with tocopherols, natural flavors, organic acacia gum, potassium sorbate, Lipid-Protect™ (oleic acid, CoQ10, tocotrienols with carotenoids, CMO (cetyl myristoleate (Kombo nut oil)), astaxanthin oil (algae)).
DIRECTIONS: Take 1 ml (about 20 drops) (0.2 tsp) daily, or as directed. May mix to taste in water, juice or smoothie.

Deep feeling of rejuvenation
I've been taking Empirical Lab's Liposomal B12 with Methyfolate for a few years now. It not only gives me enough energy to feel calm (sounds crazy, but that what it does to me), but it also makes me feel balanced and holistically healthy. Make sure to take it on an empty stomach. The taste is great too. Do your research. Your gut has to be in great health to be able to take in non-liposomal B12, and even if it is it's nowhere near in the amount that you take in with a high quality B12 product like this. And, as the folks at Empirical labs know, you should always take B12 with folate--preferably methyfolate and methycobalamin. Thanks, Empirical Labs, for your dedication to making products that work!

The only form of folate and B12 I can tolerate
My digestive issues are so severe that I have never been able to find a vitamin or mineral I can tolerate. This liposomal form is the only one that I am able to do well with. No gut cramps. This make me feel hopeful. I hope more liposomal products come out on the market.
