DIRECTIONS: Take 12ml (2.43tsp) daily, or as directed. May mix to taste in water, juice, or smoothie. Shake for 3 to 5 seconds before each use. Use within 45 days of opening. Best stored under refrigeration after opening.

LIPOSOMAL MULTIVITAMIN WITH 23 INGREDIENTS
I have been using Empirical Labs liposomal products for over a year now. I was super excited to see the multivitamin product! So far seems to be very high quality. I especially love having phosphatidylcholine included! I take this in a morning "smoothie" with coconut water and strawberry kefir. Not sure how it would taste on its own

Nice Product
This is a nice product. It tastes so good, I could drink the entire bottle in one sitting. Even my husband who is a very picky eater didn't complain about the taste. We both felt slightly increased energy. This tells me that these vitamins are working.
