Cholestat
Was using this for years and had cholestral drop from 208 to 166. For some reason quit...cholestral went back over 200. Dr wanted me to use statin, which I will never use. Back to Cholestat and will update you in next few months to my new cholestral numbers. This stuff REALLY works.
